Refund Policy
Effective May 1, 2026
We want Ask a Mirror to feel safe to try. If it does not work for you, we offer the following refund terms.
14-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. After 14 days, purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Plans
We offer two plans:
- Monthly subscription — renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- Annual access — one-time payment for a year of access. Does not auto-renew. When the year ends you simply lose access unless you choose to purchase a new term.
How to request a refund
Email marcos.mon.rod@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Include your purchase date and, if you have one, your Stripe receipt or transaction reference. We will respond within five business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
When we cannot issue a refund
- More than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unless required by law.
- The purchase was made on a different account from the one requesting the refund.
- Refund-abuse pattern: repeated purchases and refunds across accounts.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer-protection law, including, for EU/EEA consumers, the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
